What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
If you have received a damaged product, we are so sorry for this inconvenience! Here are the steps to follow. Email TeamMKmerch@gmail.com with:
- Your name, contact number
- Order #
- Photos of damaged product
- Explanation of problem
Our team will get back to you ASAP with next steps to get the right item to your door!

Because we are a small store where every single product is printed upon individual order, we unfortunately can only entertain refunds and exchanges with damaged products, notified to us within 14 days of product arrival to the customer address.
